South Peace Property Maintenance has been around since 2020 providing services for Grande Prairie, Clairmont, Beaverlodge, Sexsmith, Spirit River, Fairview, and Valleyview. Rod Smook, owner and operator, has honed his skills for decades and provides his handy-man services at a fair price.
 

Peace Region families have welcomed us into their homes to take on many different types of projects. We have been a part of many renovations, repairs, furniture refurbishments, and constructing custom pieces. Renovating bathrooms and kitchens are some of our favourite projects to tackle. From putting in steam showers to cabinetry and everything in between, our skills will help bring new life to your home. Large tasks like a full revamp of a room or smaller tasks like drywall, flooring, and painting jobs are part of our skillset.
